Constance Robertson
The Company is led by Constance Robertson, Founder, President and CEO. Ms. Robertson has more than 20 years experience as a security executive. She has served two terms on the prestigious Florida Private Investigations, Recover and Security Advisory Council (PIRSAC). The Council's 11 members meet quarterly around the State to listen to industry concerns, and in turn present recommendations to the Director of Licensing. She is also a founding member of the Florida Association of Security Companies (FASCO).
Jim Robertson
Co-founder and Vice President of Operations is Jim Robertson. Mr. Robertson is a long-time veteran of the security business with over 40 years of industry experience. His security intelligence and insightful evaluations provide dynamic solutions in the rapidly changing world of security protection. He has served in executive positions in large metropolitan areas in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast United States prior to coming to River City Security Services, Inc Services, Inc.
Kellee Friday
Administration Vice President is Kellee Friday. Ms. Friday is highly achieved in international marketing and administration. Her duties include management oversight of Human Resources and Scheduling.
June Gelaro
Our Finance Director is Ms. June Gelaro. Ms. Gelaro is a veteran business woman with over 20 years experience, including management responsibilities for 200+ employees in School Transportation serving Duval County, Florida. She has been with River City Security Services, Inc Services, Inc., over 10 years with responsibilities that include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and health insurance.
Beth Jenkins
Our Director of Human Resources is Beth Jenkins. Beth has been with River City Security Services, Inc. for over nine years and knows our clients and employees very well. Ms. Jenkins has worked in the contract Security industry for the past 18 years. She brings her valuable experience and strong background to River City Security Services, Inc., by creating consistency in our Human Resources practices and processing.
Reco Smith
Reco Smith is the Operations Manager for River City Security Services, Inc. Formerly Site Supervisor for several of our Security Sites, Reco has been with the Company for seven years. Mr. Smith is a highly decorated retired Naval Chief. Reco has a clear understanding of the daily needs of Security in the field as well as what is required to meet the needs of various Clients ranging from residential, municipal and industrial.
Mike Rykaczewski
Mike Rykaczewski is the Scheduling Manager for River City Security Services, Inc. Mike had numerous tours of duty with the US Navy for twenty years aboard several vessels as well as shore tours in the US and Iceland. He has extensive Maritime experience. Mike worked as an FSO for a Stevedoring Company for 12 years prior to joining River City.
Cecilia Chavez
Cecilia Chavez is the Administrative Assistant for River City Security Services, Inc. Cecilia has worked in the finance industry as well as higher education and brings consummate professionalism and people skills to her role supporting the company’s office staff across departments.
